Who is it for?

Executive leaders, Leaders who are new in role and Managers who are experiencing tricky situations. Examples might be where you are stepping up into a new role; or where you want to develop your influence and impact.

Throughout the programme you will create more clarity, develop your confidence and unlock your potential.


What you receive:

  • Six – 1 to 1 individual coaching sessions (60-90 minutes)
  • Two – 3-way meetings with your leader if appropriate to agree goals, gain feedback & support pre and post the programme

Typically, 6-9 months; speed versions available, with weekly coaching calls if preferred.
