Who we are

Margaret Allen set up MEA Consulting in 1999 as a boutique consulting business. Now MEA Consulting is an independent coaching and consultancy business working with major corporates, including Pfizer, Cadbury & NBC Universal as well as a number of smaller organisations in a range of sectors including education, wine, & PR. Whilst Margaret is the driving force behind the business, she works collaboratively with similarly experienced and credible Associates on larger assignments and those requiring collaboration.

We have worked with nearly 50 organisational clients in the business world and over 25 individual Academies, Schools and Teaching Schools.
